TECHNICAL MAINTENANCE MANAGER
As a maintenance supervisor, you’ll combine planning and organizing maintenance with an active role on the shop floor. You’ll ensure that our technical systems continue to operate at peak performance in a modern, automated greenhouse environment.
ELECTROMECHANICAL TECHNICIAN / MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
As a technician, you ensure the smooth and reliable operation of our systems. You quickly identify malfunctions, resolve them efficiently, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. You’ll work in a modern, automated greenhouse environment equipped with climate control, irrigation, and energy management systems. This includes climate computers, irrigation, pumps, sensors, shading systems, and lighting—a technical environment where no two days are the same.
ASSISTANT TEAM LEADER, CULTIVATION
Are you a natural organizer with a green thumb and a passion for teamwork? We’re looking for a motivated Assistant Supervisor to serve as the right-hand person to our greenhouse manager in Loenhout. Together, you’ll ensure the greenhouse runs smoothly on a daily basis, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and a positive team atmosphere.
