Greenhouse Team Leader
We’re looking for a Greenhouse Team Leader who knows how to motivate people, brings structure to the team, and wants to make a difference alongside us. Would you like to be part of an enthusiastic team in a modern greenhouse setting? Then you might be the colleague we’re looking for
Your role within the team
As the Greenhouse Team Leader, you’re the one who keeps track of everything. You assign tasks, support your employees, and ensure that everyone is working efficiently and enjoys their work. You work closely with your team and pitch in yourself when needed.
At the same time, you serve as the link to the head of cultivation and keep a close eye on the schedule. Thanks to your approach, the greenhouse not only runs smoothly, but it’s also a pleasant place to work for the people there.

- You have strong organizational skills and enjoy keeping track of everything
- have an eye for quality and safety
- have a positive and solution-oriented approach to your work
- speaks Dutch fluently and can also get by in English
- already have experience in the horticulture sector and are ready to support and lead your team toward a successful harvest.
