In 2023, Hortipower’s success expanded with the acquisition of a neighboring horticultural company, which was renamed Vitapower. The new company was revitalized and immediately began growing tomatoes according to the same principles of innovation and sustainability that characterize Hortipower. Vitapower quickly proved to be a success, with the company becoming increasingly integrated into the operations of both Hortipower and Tomeco.

Vitapower works in close synergy with its neighbor, Hortipower. Through shared heat and energy systems, organic crop protection, and extensive water storage in large outdoor basins, the ecological footprint is kept to an absolute minimum.

100% recirculation of drain water and rainwater collection prevent any form of discharge or water waste.
Smart Energy & CO₂
Hybrid LED lighting and CHP systems provide energy savings of up to 40% and enable plants to directly absorb CO₂.
