We are looking for a Greenhouse Team Leader who knows how to motivate people, brings structure to the team, and wants to make a difference alongside us. Would you like to be part of an enthusiastic team in a modern greenhouse environment? Then you might be the person we’re looking for
What do we expect from you?
As the Greenhouse Team Leader, you’re the one who keeps everything organized. You assign tasks, support your team members, and ensure that everyone is working efficiently and enjoys their work. You stay closely connected to your team and pitch in yourself when needed.
At the same time, you serve as the link to the grow manager and keep a close eye on the schedule. Thanks to your approach, the greenhouse not only runs smoothly, but it’s also a pleasant place to work for the people on the team.
