TECHNICAL MAINTENANCE MANAGER

You are responsible for developing and monitoring the maintenance schedule across the various locations and ensuring the smooth organization of both preventive and corrective maintenance. You supervise technicians and assign tasks based on priorities and on-site needs.

In addition to your coordinating role, you will actively participate in maintenance and repairs and provide support during complex malfunctions and technical interventions. You will adopt a proactive maintenance approach to minimize downtime and ensure an efficient and forward-looking maintenance policy.

By analyzing malfunctions and implementing structural improvements, you will optimize work methods, processes, and the use of resources. In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact for all technical follow-up within the organization.

You have a bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. You have relevant experience in a technical environment and, preferably, have already managed a team of technicians or coordinated technical work.

You have strong organizational skills and are able to maintain a clear overview, even when juggling multiple priorities at once. You have a hands-on approach and actively contribute on the shop floor. With your proactive attitude, you are constantly looking for solutions and ways to improve, combining your technical knowledge with a structured and efficient approach.
