Introduction
What exactly is seasonal work? Seasonal work in agriculture and horticulture is a special status in Belgium that allows you to: Work up to 100 days per calendar year At a fixed gross wage of €12.92 per hour With a minimum of 3 hours per workday Under a favorable social security system (reduced social security contributions) So you work temporarily, but are properly and officially employed.
What do we expect from you?
As a seasonal worker, you’ll work in our modern tomato greenhouses in the Hoogstraten region.
You'll help with:
- Picking and Harvesting Tomatoes
- Caring for Plants (pinching, twisting, leaf pruning)
- Sorting and Quality Control
- General Greenhouse Support
You'll receive clear instructions and guidance when you start. Experience is a plus, but motivation is more important.
What is your profile?
You don't need a degree or any experience to work as a seasonal employee in our greenhouse. You'll learn the job here.
- You are motivated and reliable
- You can perform physical work
- You work with precision and follow the rules
- Basic knowledge of Dutch or English is a plus
