What do we expect from you?
• Perform minor repairs, ranging from practical to technical
• Install, repair, and neatly finish tiles
• Perform minor carpentry and woodwork as needed
• Perform electrical work, such as minor connections and repairs
• Perform painting and finishing work
• Perform assembly and modification work on-site
• Maintain buildings and spaces and keep them in good order
• Performing minor masonry and repair work
• Performing landscaping maintenance (mowing, pruning, keeping the grounds tidy)
• Transporting goods and moving between locations (Class C driver’s license)
No assembly-line work, no set routine—just seeing what needs to be done and taking care of it.
What is your profile?
• Enjoys working with their hands and doesn't wait for someone to explain things
• Skilled, technically proficient, and practical
• Experience with odd jobs, construction, or carpentry
• Can work independently and thinks in terms of solutions
• Works cleanly and thoroughly; half-measures are not an option
• Flexible and willing to travel between locations
• Must have a Class C driver's license
• Experience with or willingness to perform landscaping maintenance
• Good knowledge of Dutch
• Degrees are secondary; motivation and skills are what count
