OVERALL WORK COORDINATOR

Guide the workforce organization of five modern greenhouse horticulture companies and make a tangible impact on people, performance, and growth. In this key role, you’ll combine strategic insight with a hands-on approach on the shop floor in a forward-looking, people-driven environment.

ELECTROMECHANICAL TECHNICIAN / MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

As a technician, you ensure the smooth and reliable operation of our systems. You quickly identify malfunctions, resolve them efficiently, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. You’ll work in a modern, automated greenhouse environment equipped with climate control, irrigation, and energy management systems. This includes climate computers, irrigation, pumps, sensors, shading systems, and lighting—a technical environment where no two days are the same.

ASSISTANT TEAM LEADER, CULTIVATION

Are you a natural organizer with a green thumb and a passion for teamwork? We’re looking for a motivated Assistant Supervisor to serve as the right-hand person to our greenhouse manager in Loenhout. Together, you’ll ensure the greenhouse runs smoothly on a daily basis, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and a positive team atmosphere.

GREENHOUSE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

As a maintenance technician in our greenhouses, you play a vital role in keeping our modern systems running smoothly. You ensure that everything continues to operate efficiently and reliably, from climate control to irrigation and lighting. In an innovative and automated environment, you’ll have the opportunity to apply and further develop your technical skills on a daily basis.
